Information we collect

• Order details processed through our checkout partner (Breeze/eSIM Go) when you buy a plan -- payment is handled entirely on their secure checkout, we do not receive or store full card numbers.
• Contact details you provide when you message us or fill out our contact form: name, email address, WhatsApp number, phone model and travel dates.
• Chat messages you send through our website chat widget, so we can answer your questions.
• Usage data such as pages visited and device type, collected through analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity).

How we use your data

• To process support requests related to your eSIM order.
• To provide customer support before, during and after your trip.
• To improve our website and plans, and to comply with legal obligations.

Checkout & payment

When you click “Get Your eSIM”, you are taken to a secure checkout hosted by our eSIM provider (Breeze/eSIM Go, on their Shopify platform). Your payment details are processed and stored by them under their own privacy policy, not by us directly.

Sharing

We share the minimum data necessary with: our eSIM network partner (to provision your plan via checkout), our email provider, and analytics providers. We never sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies for the site to function and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location (including under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and the EU/UK GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@esimsbali.com.

Retention

We keep support records only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymise them.
